AC & Heating
During maintenance of A/c & heating equipment. Filters and belts are replaced as needed. All moving parts are examined to prevent unannounced failure causing equipment to be inoperable. Also coils are to be examined for cleaning for Proper heat transfer. Drains are to be flushed to prevent water leaks. Proper Maintenance along with Scheduled filter changes allow your systems to run longer
Ventilation
Ventilation is key for restaurants using large commercial ovens and stoves. During the maintenance belts will be replaced for proper operation. Pulleys and fly wheels will also be examined to prevent unannounced failures. Hood exhausts and fresh air intakes are essential for the safety of staff in a kitchen.
Refrigeration
Evaporators, Compressor Units & Condensers are Key Components that are needed in order to maintain proper temperatures in units like walk in boxes, Ice machines and Cooling systems just to name a few. During maintenance of refrigeration systems we properly clean condensers and evaporator coils for proper transfer and absorption of heat. Drains are cleared to prevent water leaks. Gaskets are checked to ensure proper seal on all doors. Mechanical and electrical parts are examined to prevent unannounced failures causing high temperatures and loss of product. General scheduled maintenance with ADR helps avoid costly repairs when equipment fails.
Ice Machines
Food Law 2009 Chapter 4 specifies that ice machines must be cleaned and sanitized at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer, which is generally at least 2 to 4 times per year. Depending on your usage volume, the location of the machine, and the water conditions, you may need to clean it more often. During the maintenance of ice machines, the machine is disassembled and sanitized. Chemical solutions break down and slow down bacteria and mold growth inside of machines. Additional ad-dons can be installed to further slow down and prevent bacteria and mold build up. Filters will also be replaced to allow the best possible quality water.
