This service is for SCOTSMAN warranty service only. If your SCOTSMAN ice machine is still under warranty, please complete the form below and book your service appointment. This service does not cover any repairs that may be required after a technician inspects the ice machine and is determined to be outside of warranty coverage and is limited to 1.5 hours of appointment time. This service does not cover service or inspection for machines outside of warranty. Any unit determined to fall outside of warranty will be charged at the standard rate for the type of unit and the standard hourly rate. These rates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of ADR. Upon placing your service request, you will be directed to book your appointment date and time. Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours notice.

By purchasing this service you agree to the following terms and conditions, the details of which may be changed at any time without prior written notice or consent by All Day Refrigeration Corp (ADR). This represents all of the terms and conditions for this item.
By opting to book this service, you agree to pay the fees as quoted on the service page. You also agree that you and no one else is purchasing this item and that the credit card information being inputted on our website is yours to use and no one else's. You also agree to be bound by the appointment time that you requested. You understand that canceling an appointment less than 48 hours from the time of the appointment will incur an additional fee of $50 to reschedule for which you will be invoiced for and must pay prior to a new appointment being accepted. By booking this service, you agree that your ice machine is in full working order and only requires a cleaning. If the machine is found to be in non-working order, the funds paid for the cleaning will go towards a diagnosis and service\repair fee. Any additional time outside of the 1.5 hours allotted for a cleaning service will be billed at the standard rate of $165.00 per hour and billed in hourly increments. You also understand that you must be available for the time you selected and an adult or yourself is the only qualified individual to be present at the time of the appointment. If a Certificate of Insurance is required, you agree that you will send this document to service@adrny.tech within 48 hours of your appointment. If your appointment is less than 48 hours from the time of booking, you must submit this certificate at the same time you make the appointment. You also agree that failure to provide this certificate in the time required will automatically cancel out your appointment and a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. You also agree that you must confirm this service call with us via email or phone call communication. If you fail to confirm your appointment, you agree that it will be automatically canceled and a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied to reschedule your appointment. You also agree that ADR in no way warranties the ice machine as a result of a cleaning and any services performed carry their own assurances of service. Any fees for parts, labor or repair must be paid upfront and you understand that you must agree to these charges prior to work being performed.
Electronic Signature Consent: A. Electronic Signature Agreement: By submitting your electronic signature, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By selecting "I Accept" you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions. You further agree that your use of a keypad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP. instructions via this website, or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature (hereafter referred to as "E-Signature"), acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP. You also represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all persons who own or are authorized to access any of your accounts and that such persons will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You further agree that each use of your E-Signature in obtaining ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP. Disclosures and Agreements as they exist on the date of your E-Signature. B. Valid and current email address, notification and updates: Your current valid email address is required in order for you to obtain Skip the Trip Online services. You agree to keep ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP informed of any changes in your email address. ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP may notify you through email when an Electronic Communication or updated agreement pertaining to ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP. Online is available. C. Hardware, software and operating system. You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer, browser and software. ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP is not responsible for errors or failures from any malfunction of your computer, browser or software. ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP is also not responsible for computer viruses or related problems associated with use of an online system. The following are the minimum hardware, software and operating system requirements necessary to Skip the Trip Online and receive Electronic Communications: Processor - IBM compatible Pentium PC running Windows 2000 Memory - 4MB RAM Disc Space - 50 MB's Free Space Monitor - 800 x 600 resolutions Browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher Internet access - 28.8 modem or better D. Controlling Agreement. This Agreement supplements and modifies other agreements that you may have with ALL DAY REFRIGERATION CORP. To the extent that this agreement and another agreement contain conflicting provisions, the provisions in this agreement will control (with the exception of provisions in another agreement for an electronic service which provisions specify the necessary hardware, software and operating system, in which such other provision controls). All other obligations of the parties remain subject to the terms and conditions of any other agreement. To obtain electronic services and communications, indicate your consent to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking on the "I Accept" button.
