Service Description

This service is for SCOTSMAN warranty service only. If your SCOTSMAN ice machine is still under warranty, please complete the form below and book your service appointment. The attached $98 ONE TIME fee is to cover travel fees throughout duration of repair. This service does not cover any repairs that may be required after a technician inspects the ice machine and is determined to be outside of warranty coverage and is limited to 1.5 hours of appointment time. This service does not cover service or inspection for machines outside of warranty. Any unit determined to fall outside of warranty will be charged at the standard rate for the type of unit and the standard hourly rate. These rates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of ADR. Upon placing your service request, you will be directed to book your appointment date and time. Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours notice.
